What I've been building with Claude.
Juju, Roshan, Athina — before you write a single prompt, the receipts. Not a chatbot. An operating layer I've been running across a whole business, a brand, and most of my week. Tonight we point it at yours.

WelcomeWhy we're here · no pitch
Why you're here.
Juju, Roshan, Athina — thank you for actually showing up. There's nothing to buy at the end of this, no course, no link in a bio. I pulled the three of you together because I've spent the last couple of months working with a tool that genuinely changed how I run everything — and you're the people I most wanted to hand it to.
And yes, this is free. No upsell, no affiliate code, no catch. I'm doing it for free because it's done more for me than almost anything I've paid for in years — and because you're my friends: creatives who'd get the same unfair advantage out of it that I did. I'd genuinely rather you had it than not.
Two months ago this was a curiosity I poked at between tasks. Now it's the first thing I open every morning and the last thing I close — it runs my business's books, built my brand's entire world, files my admin, drafts my replies. One person doing the output of a small team. That's not a sales line; it's just what the last eight weeks actually looked like.
So before I show you what it's done — five habits that decide whether this stays a clever toy or becomes a partner that compounds.
Habit 01
Feed it memory, leave a handoff
It starts every session with a blank slate — so after any sizeable task, make it write down what matters and leave a handoff note for next time. Tomorrow picks up where today ended, instead of you re-explaining yourself from scratch.
Context discipline is the whole game — guard it and everything else gets easier.
Habit 02
Reach for the lighter model
There's a heavyweight (Opus) and a lighter, faster one (Sonnet). Use Sonnet when you can — most everyday work doesn't need the big one. (I'm guilty of always reaching for Opus — do as I say, not as I do.) Save the heavyweight for the genuinely hard problems.
Lighter is faster and cheaper — and for most tasks, just as good.
Habit 03
Keep your context lean
Set it up once with projects (or, if you're building, separate Claude Code worktrees) and keep what you hand it short and sharp. A tight one-page brief beats a folder of everything — shorter context docs almost always get better answers than long, bloated ones.
Too much context buries the one signal you actually care about.
Habit 04
Ask for a picture, not a paragraph
When it's explaining something you don't follow — a tech stack, a bug, a marketing concept, some bit of jargon — ask it to show you visually as an interactive page rather than in words. The same move untangles messy data and lets you compare mock-ups side by side while you're still brainstorming.
A thing you can see and poke beats a wall of text.
Habit 05 · the big one
Don't lead the witness
It's eager to agree — so if you phrase a question in a way that telegraphs the answer you want, you'll get that answer and lose the point. Keep your prompts neutral, and tell it plainly to push back when you're wrong. A partner that only flatters you is worthless; one that corrects your facts and your thinking is the entire value. Treat it as a neutral second brain, not a mirror.
Sycophancy is the failure mode. Invite the correction and you defuse it.
Habit 04, live — I couldn't decide how this very deck should look, so I had it build both directions and toggled between them
style-mockups.html · two directions, one toggle
Okay — enough preamble. Let me show you what that actually looks like.
01The scaleVolume of work
Receipts first.
Everything here is real work, logged. This is the footprint of one non-engineer and one AI partner over a handful of months. None of it is theory.

What it would've cost.
Here's the part that still gets me. Over two months I've spent about RM15,000 — and plenty of that was heavy usage I chose, because shipping faster meant acting faster. Now price the same output at Malaysian professional rates:
What I paid~2 months, all-in
~RM15kactual spend
Staff a teamto run it · per year
RM282k–378kevery year
Or build itonce · KL agency
RM220k–485kone-off
≈ 20× cheaper than the team. Every year.
Their monthly payroll alone (~RM23–31k) tops my total two-month spend. Building it once would be a RM220–485k agency quote on top — 15–30× before a single hire. And I had it live in weeks, not the quarters an agency needs: faster live = faster action, which is why I didn't blink at the bill.
Deliberately conservative: those salaries are base only — real cost runs ~30% higher once you add EPF, SOCSO & overheads. And this leaves out my personal command-centre and a pile of smaller automations entirely. If anything, it's under-counted.
Try it — price your own build: tick what you'd want

05The method — four lanesHow you'll use it
Four ways in.
Everything you just saw lands in one of four lanes. You don't need to be technical for any of them — you just need to know which one you're reaching for. Watch for these tags on your dossier.
Lane 01
.AI — Talk
chat · write · think · translate
The plain one. Talk to it like the fastest, sharpest assistant you've ever had. Captions, emails, bios, pitches, research, EN↔BM — in seconds, in your voice.
For you: a booking email, a press bio, ten caption options before your coffee's cold.
Lane 02
Design — Make
flyers · posters · decks · mock-ups
It renders things live — event flyers, a media kit, a one-pager, a mascot, generated imagery — right in front of you, editable on the spot.
For you: a Friday-night flyer template, a model media kit, a DJ press kit — laid out, not just described.
Lane 03
Cowork — Run
projects · memory · the daily grind
Set it up once with your brand, your context, your history — then every task is briefed in a sentence. A partner that does the busywork every day, not a fresh stranger each time.
For you: a month of captions from one lineup; an inbox that drafts its own replies.
Lane 04
Code — Build
real tools · websites · trackers
The one that surprises people. It builds working software — a booking tracker, a portfolio site, a budget app — and puts it live. No engineer required; you describe it, it ships.
For you: a link-in-bio site, an event P&L tracker, a bookings dashboard — yours, deployed.

JL@jujujahatArtist manager · Prime Fridaysdrop juju.jpg to replace
For Juju.
Yes — I looked you up (twice — there's another KL "Juju" the internet keeps mixing you up with; I made sure I had the right one). You're the one who books the talent and runs the room: artist manager, DJ booker, and the name behind Prime Fridays. You also handle Athina's DJ bookings — so two of the three people here tonight already share a roster. Right now the whole operation lives in DMs, screenshots and your memory. Let's give it a spine.
RoleArtist manager + DJ booker in the KL nightlife scene — the brand is the handle, @jujujahat
The nightPrime Fridays — the Friday room you book and run; lives on Instagram, not a ticket platform
RosterAthina's DJ side runs through you — confirmed; the rest of the stable lives in your DMs
ChannelInstagram-first — enquiries, lineups and bookings all arrive by DM
The gapNo site, no central roster. Fees, dates and guest lists are scattered; settling each night is from memory
What Claude builds for you
01
A Prime Fridays site + guest list
A real home for the night — this week's lineup, an RSVP form that feeds your guest list, and a booking contact. Stops you renting your whole identity from Instagram.
"Build a Prime Fridays page — lineup, RSVP-to-guestlist form, booking DM link." We deploy it live.
Code
02
A reusable Prime Fridays flyer
One club-aesthetic template you refill each week — date, lineup, room — rendered on the spot, screenshot-ready, no designer in the loop.
Drop next week's details → a laid-out flyer + matching IG story frame in the same minute.
Design
03
One brief → all the event copy
From a single line: IG caption + Story copy + WhatsApp blast + guest-list invite — in your voice — plus a clean booking enquiry to pitch a DJ into a venue.
"Prime Fridays this week, 3 DJs, ladies free before midnight" → the full copy set in 20 seconds.
.AI
04
An artist EPK — starting with Athina's
A booking-ready press kit for any DJ on your roster — bio, highlights, rate card, links, contact — laid out as a one-pager you can send to a venue.
Build Athina's DJ EPK live from a few bullets — she's in the room, she has none yet.
Design
05
A roster + booking tracker
One place for every enquiry → confirmed gig → fee → paid / unpaid, across all your DJs — and it flags date clashes before you double-book.
"Athina, Fri 30 May, RM X, deposit pending" → ask it "what's unpaid this month?" and "any clashes?"
Cowork
Try it — build #1, live: type a date + lineup, the flyer redraws

For Roshan.
You wear the most hats in the room. DJ since '16 — founded SaturdaySelects, co-run Laksa Records, played Amsterdam to Tokyo. Self-taught photographer behind the lens of the scene. And now marketing + music programming at Over & Above — KL's 800-cap Berghain answer that's hosted Jeff Mills and Nakadia. The cost of all that range? You write the same copy fifty different ways. That's exactly the part to hand off.
Day jobMarketing + programming, Over & Above KL — 4-8 events/month to copy & book
The grindSame announce written for RA, IG, FB, WhatsApp; agent threads; release PR
What Claude builds for you
01
One brief → the whole event push
A headliner + a date → RA description, IG, Facebook event, WhatsApp blast — all in Over & Above's dark, serious voice, in one shot. Kills the 50-rewrites problem.
"Jeff Mills, 30-year tour, Saturday midnight" → all four formats, on-brand, instantly.
.AI
02
A music-programming dashboard
Every booking in one board — act, date, genre, status (confirmed/hold/enquiry), agent, marketing checklist — and it spits the announce copy straight out of the row.
A bookings tracker for the venue, built live — add an act, mark it Hold, export the copy.
Code
03
Your DJ EPK + label press releases
A proper electronic press kit — bio, genre, rider, past rooms, links — and a clean press release per Laksa release from just a tracklist and a vibe.
Feed it your RA history → a full EPK in two versions; paste a tracklist → a release-ready PR.
Design
04
A month of socials, from the lineup
Hand it the month's events → 30 days of captions for @overandabove.kl and @saturdayselects, plus reply templates for agent emails (hold, confirm, rider request, thank-you).
"Here are 4 events this month" → 8 captions + hashtags + a posting schedule.
Cowork
05
A shoot shot-list generator
For the camera work: venue, act, capacity, key moments → a structured shot list with low-light club settings and a client-facing version.
"Shooting O&A Saturday, headliner at 2am, 800 cap" → a shot list in 30 seconds.
Code
Try it — one brief → every channel, in the venue's voice
One brief → 4 formatslive
Same brief, four channels — kills the write-it-50-ways problem.

For Athina.
Dancer since three, Lasalle-trained, now a model the press can't stop covering — Sephora ambassador across MY/SG/TH, Bazaar cover, Women of the Year. 87K on TikTok, and a DJ career just starting with its own booking line. You're three brands in one body — and right now there's no single place that says so, and no DJ press kit at all. That's the easiest, highest-value thing we build first.

What Claude builds for you
01
A media kit + rate card
The #1 tool a multi-hyphenate needs — stats, brand history, audience, rates, booking contact on one shareable page. Most creators under-charge; this fixes the framing too.
"37K IG, 87K TikTok, here's my brand list" → a media kit and a defensible rate card, laid out.
Design
02
A link-in-bio portfolio site
One hub for three careers — Model · Creator · DJ pillars, socials, a booking form — so your single bio link finally does the job.
A one-page site built and deployed live in the session — your name, three lanes, booking form.
Code
03
Caption machine + deal replies
Editorial vs. funny tone, EN↔BM, on demand — plus DM replies that qualify a brand and counter the rate while still sounding like you.
"Brand offered RM800 for 2 posts" → a warm counter pushing to RM1,400 + usage rights.
.AI
04
A DJ press kit, from zero
You have no public DJ bio yet — so we write the whole text layer: artist bio, genre statement, booking pitch, short + long, ready for venues.
Your background in → a full DJ bio in two minutes, Insta-short and venue-long.
.AI
05
Shoot-to-content, one → a week
One brand shoot = 30 selects. It maps them into a week of posts — feed, stories, a reel, a TikTok with a trend hook — and tracks every deal + late payment.

09Under the hood — no magicWhy it actually works
Leverage, not magic.
01
Reads your world
Your files, screenshots, contracts, PDFs, chat exports, tracklists — it sees the actual stuff, not a vague description of it.
02
Operates your tools
Websites, spreadsheets, Telegram, Gmail, image models, your calendar — it does the clicking, not just the advising.
03
Works in parallel
It fans out into multiple sub-agents at once — researching three people, building two things — then reports back consolidated. (That's how I built your dossiers.)
04
Ships while you sleep
Hand it a multi-step job and a goal. It grinds through it and leaves a handoff note for the morning.
